What does the program look like?

CPS Team Coaching consists of 3 training days per week - 2 full body high load strength and power days + 1 full body moderate load strength, power and conditioning day.

What if I have questions about the program?

You can message me directly through the TeamBuildr app.

How will I know if I'm doing the exercises right?

There are in-depth videos available for all exercises, and you will receive feedback and form checks for any exercise that you need help with.

Who is this program for?

This program is for combat athletes of any kind - whether you're a striker or grappler, and competing or not. You will be assigned into the program for your specific sport (e.g. MMA, boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling, etc.)

Can I cancel at any time?
